Welcome to Villa Caracol. A recently restored villa, comes with all the amenities of home and a truly breathtaking yard area. The property is completely closed in for added privacy and features some of the largest palm trees and mature foliage that the island has to offer. The home also boasts a one of the most spacious backyard area's on the island that includes: a patio for outdoor dining, a large swimming pool, and a walk-path to the other bedrooms detached from the main home.
Upon entering Villa Caracol, you will find a gorgeous walkway leading you to the homes main entrance. Upon entering the home you will find a spacious living room and kitchen area complete with all the appliances you may need to make your stay feel like home. The dining room is just off from the kitchen and living areas as well.
The Tropical architecture, open floor plan and over-sized windows offer an abundance of light and give the home a truly caribbean feel. Off of the main home there are three bedrooms, each with a private bath. Just outside the dining area doors, you will find the expansive backyard and a walkpath that leads you to the remaining two bedrooms that are detached from the main home for added privacy and comfort.

Reservations require a 50% deposit for confirmation and payment in full 45 days prior to occupancy. We also collect a $150 to $300 security deposit and the 12% local fees which is due with the final payment.
The security deposit is fully refundable providing no damage is reported. Security deposits are processed at the end of each month and are therefore refunded within 15 to 30 days after departure from the home.
