The Seaside Condos are located in the 6-story Phase 1 Puesta del Sol Building. The Seaside Condos are just north of the Sunset Condos along oceanfront in sunny Cozumel. Just a little over a mile north of the central plaza, the Seaside Condos are convenient to town, the airport and the marina. Activities available at the condo include shore diving/snorkeling, dive boat pick up, swimming, sunsets, barbeque, and more.
Welcome to the Seaside Condo #3S. This spacious 2100+ square foot condo is the perfect place for a memorable vacation. This unit is fully furnished with all the great ammenities of home and in authentic yucatecan decor. Don't forget to take advantage of the great views to soak in a couple Caribbean.
A complete kitchen invites those who enjoy cooking, and for those that don't you can take advantage of our great cook service. In the living room you will find almost any electronic form of entertainment you may be looking for. Complete with Dishnetwork Satellite, VCR, DVD, and surround sound, this condo offers something for everyone in your group!
After a long day snorkeling or a day at the beach some may be ready to get a good nights sleep. That is not going to be a problem at this great condo. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, a jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean, and private bath.
