Casa Solaris is a sparkling new vacation home located in the sought after Corpus Christi neighborhood of Cozumel, Mexico. You will find the comfortable atmosphere, quiet location, and refreshing pool, a great home away from home. Everything you need in a vacation rental is waiting for you at the Casa Solaris.
The living room is adjacent to the dining and kitchen areas. You will find two comfortable couches, a tv equipped with DVD and cable, as well as a CD stereo. From here you can relax with a great view of the pool and sliding glass doors to enjoy the fresh caribbean air.
Divers and snorkelers are sure to find the outdoor rinse tank and indoor secure storage available at the Casa Solaris. The secure storage is located in the 1/2 bath that is located off of the kitchen and living areas of the home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your groups favorite meals. If you want to try some authentic food dishes don't forget to take advantage of our cook service, which is available right at your vacation rental. To top it off the owners have included a blender, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker for your convenience.

Reservations require a 50% deposit for confirmation and payment in full 45 days prior to occupancy. We also collect a $150 to $300 security deposit and the 12% local fees which is due with the final payment.
The security deposit is fully refundable providing no damage is reported. Security deposits are processed at the end of each month and are therefore refunded within 15 to 30 days after departure from the home.
