RENTAL POLICIES

Deposits and Payments
Reservations require a 50% deposit and $50.00 cleaning fee plus a $200.00 security deposit within 7 days of booking for confirmation. The balance of rental must be received within 60 days prior to arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking.

Cancellations
