Reservations and Deposits
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled anytime up to four weeks prior to arrival.
Rescheduling is subject to a $100 fee.

Cancellations and Refunds
All payments are non-refundable unless Rent101.com can re-rent the property for the same period of time to another party. Reservations that are re-rented are subject to a $100 fee. Reservations made for the holiday period:
