This exceptional home has been tastefully furnished throughout with antiques, Mexican handicrafts and the owner's personal collection of original art and artefacts from around the world. Colorful Mexican tiles line the walls of the large, fully equipped kitchen, where indigenous ceramics and eclectic market paintings are whimsically displayed. Cable television, surround sound, and a library of books, video's and cd's are provided for your enjoyment.
'Casa de la Espiga' has a wonderful full-time staff who utterly exude the 'Warmth of Mexico'. Tactfully unobtrusive, 'Josefina' is there to maintain the household and look after your every need. Best of all, her memorable Mexican recipes rival those of any restaurant in San Miguel . . . and she LOVES to cook . . . a real 'Like Water for Chocolate' experience! 'Chay' tends to the garden and outdoor spaces and will cheerfully help out wherever he is needed. Their job is to make sure that you feel pampered throughout your stay.
'Casa de la Espiga' is not just a home . . . it is an experience!
