Nestled amidst tropical palms and flowering plants, the Villa is located on a generous size lot with attractive front garden area. On the ocean side, the Villa Azul has a spacious outdoor patio with large swimming pool. Sliding patio doors from the living and dining areas provide convenient access to the outdoor living area. Just beyond the pool is the beach and the brilliant blue water of the Caribbean.



As you may have expected, decor in the Villa Azul features shades of blue, bringing the colors of the sea and sky inside. Colorful artwork throughout the property adds additional splashes of color.



Villa Azul is a 2-story property with the living room, dining room, 1/2 bath and a large kitchen on the first floor. You enter the villa into a large foyer through a wide wooden door featuring decorative leaded glass windows. The roomy L-shaped living and dining areas have superb views of the ocean. Sliding glass doors offer entrance to the oceanside pool and patio areas. Directly behind the dining area is a large, fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to prepare everything from complete meals to simple snacks. One bedroom with private bath is located just off the kitchen on the first level. This bedroom has a king size bed and garden views.



Stairway in the entry area leads to the second story and the other 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and an upstairs patio area that is perfect for catching some warm afternoon sunshine or evening stars.



Spacious master bedroom has king size bed and large private bath with tub and shower, double sinks and many closets. There are beautiful ocean views from this room and access to the upstairs patio area.



Second bedroom on this level has 2 twins and private bath. Small windows provide a view of the ocean. This bedroom adjoins the third bedroom on this level which also has its own private bath. The third bedroom, with garden view, is also accessible through a door off an outdoor balcony.



A group of up to 8 guests will have plenty of space for a comfortable stay in the Villa Azul. Outdoor living areas will be used frequently as you gather around the swimming pool or on the patio which has a thatched roof. Along the pool/patio area are a dive gear rinse tank, a barbecue grill, a freshwater shower and, of course, stunning views of the beach, complete with tropical palms.
