Located in Portofino, this is a very exquisite 2 floor family estate villa on 12 acres in the hills, high above the coast with wide open views of the sea and the lights of the port at night. It offers total privacy and seclusion, yet is just a few minutes walk to the center of town with its shops and restaurants.
Each room is different in color, type, view and furnishings. The light outdoor furnishings with white cushions give a very cool feeling during those hot summer days. There is possibility to also arrange a boat rental.
Food and wine cost extra. Telephone, personal laundry and pressing are extra. Tips and gratuities are extra. Recommended for 2 couples and 4 children.
The security deposit is €5,000.00 in cash upon arrival and a €1,000.00 food allowance must be paid with final payment.
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday.
