They will use them occasionally during the summer, but in no way will interfere with client's privacy . DISTANCES: Nearest village with food shops, Bank and PO (San Martino in Freddana) is 5kms, Lucca is 15kms, the beaches are 25kms and Pisa Airport is 40kms. A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of €250 for the telephone. Extra maid service is €13 per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change. This house accommodates up to 13 people maximum. Security Deposit €1,500.
