DISTANCES: Aiola is very close to village of Sarteano, which has restaurant, bank, cinema, gas station, grocery store and baker. Only 5 mins to A1, Florence is 1 hour & 30 mins, San Casciano Dei Bagni is 15 mins/17kms, Colle Val D'Elsa is 10 mins, Roma is1 hour & 30 mins. Golf - nearby and Horseback riding - nearby. Electricity, water and final cleaning included. Crib available at no charge if needed. Gardener and pool maintenance service included. Heating NOT included (€100 per day depending on usage). Telephone & dial up internet charges extra. Staff to cook and serve lunch and dinner upon request - to be charged by the hourly rate of €15 (to be paid directly to the property). If a large party is traveling the owner would like €1,000 collected in advance (in addition to the secruity deposit) for cook and chef services. Additional maid or babysitting is approximately €15 per hour and laundry or ironing is €10 per hour. All of these additional services must be paid locally in Euros upon departure. This property sleeps 11 people. The security deposit is €2,500 in cash upon arrival. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
