Morning housekeeping service and fully daily breakfast included (includes cook & food for the breakfast), food allowance of €500 per week due upon arrival in cash. Extra maid service, (serving, cooking and shopping), along with laundry and ironing services are available for €15 per hour. All of these services are provided by Maria. Maria is the Florentine chef who is the caretaker, housekeeper and cook. Telephone, fax and e-mail expenses NOT included and charged depending on the usage. All additional charges must be paid locally in Euros, prior to departure. This villa sleeps 10 people. The security deposit is €1,500. Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
