San Donato in Collina is a typical small Italian village, where the bars, post office and grocery stores are in the centre of town. The adjoining Chianti Classico area, with its numerous vineyards, historic town centres and lively markets, invite you to experience the Italian way of life with all its pleasures. Nearby there are various sports facilities such as Ugolino, one of the most famous golf courses in Italy, just 15 minutes away from San Donato. The most exclusive items of fashion can be found nearby, in the outlets of the major Italian fashion houses. The park was designed in the early Twenties by a famous garden architect, using only flowers and trees from Tuscany. In front of the house, an ancient pizza oven provides home cooked bread, pizzas and other delicious Italian food.
