Exteriors
• The entrance is adorned by a circular garden, once used in hunting as a “roccolo”, the villa still has the original traits of a country house used for celebrating festivals concerned with Spring and the fertility of the land.
• Villa Palazzina offers to its guests a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12) where you have a view as far as the eye can see.
• All around a rich evergreen park with holm-oak and cypress trees which cool the air during the summer days.
• 10 mt. from the villa, and still within the park, is also an old lemon house.

Interiors
• The interior has been furnished with pieces from the 1800's and early 1900's.
• On the ground floor there are large rooms, with fireplaces, which lead outside to a semi-circular parterre-solarium paved in terracotta.

• Inside there is a bar, a studio with books and publications on the area, a piano, games table, telephone-fax, TV, hi-fi, two microwave ovens, two gas ovens, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine.
• The parking is private.
• A hall for small seminaries and stage is also available.
• On request we can also organize Tuscan Renaissance cooking stages and wine tasting.
