Small Eden set in the green landscape just outside of the famous towns of Pitigliano and Sovana, an area full of Etruscan ruins. Very well kept property, immersed in the green vegetation, where a good distance from one another are the three villas Anfora 1, 2, 3 as well as the owners' villa, the caretakers house and 2 other small apartments. Peaceful position. In a secluded position in a large outdoor area with olive trees and lawn is a beautiful swimming pool (8x16) and a tennis court (shared). Each house has its own equipped outdoor area. Access from a pleasant avenue with automatic gate. Complete, reasonably comfortable furnishings. A couple (the caretakers) live on the property. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Pitigliano, 4 km Sovana, 30 km Saturnia with its spas which are good for the skin, 38 km Lake Bolsena, 60 km from the Argentario, the most prestigious coast of Tuscany. (55 m2) Gr. fl.: access from a pretty, panoramic, equipped terrace of exclusive use, living/dining room (satellite TV), kitchen (oven, freezer), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. LOCATION: 3 km Pitigliano, 4 km Sovana, 30 km Saturnia with its spas which are good for the skin, 38 km Lake Bolsena, 60 km from the Argentario, the most prestigious coast of Tuscany.
