Franciotto is a small agricultural farm, situated in a beautiful, panoramic position, 10 km north-east of Lucca. The farmhouse is set amidst a valley which has a very mild climate. The farm is surrounded by lovely olive groves and fruit trees and has wonderful views over the green Tuscan countryside. Franciotto is in an excellent position to go for sightseeing trips to Lucca and Pisa or to the beach. The farmhouse has been carefully restored and has maintained its original charm.
Main house: entrance, living/dining room with fireplace, upholstered furniture, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with hearth/oven, fridge, dishwasher, exit onto an outdoor area for eating "al fresco", 2 bathrooms each with shower, bidet, wc. A beautiful stone staircase leads to the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms.
Small cottage beside the main house: dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bidet, wc.
Rustic furnishings, cotto floors, beamed ceilings.
Wonderful, private swimming-pool 6 x 12 m, 140 cm deep. In front of the house there is a large (60 sqm), covered terrace with panoramic views, with table and chairs. Barbecue. Parking near the house. Small bed for a child and high chair available on request.
The owners live in a house within the grounds.
