First Floor
Passing through the main door, we entry into a billiard room, at the guests disposal. The room has a incredible sea view from a great window with roman columns. From the billiard room you pass into a charming living room. The great saloon is very well furnished with different styles: on the right there is a sitting area with sofa, carpets and cushions in an Arabic style, close an elegant staircase leading up the second floor. On the left, 3 white sofa in a mediterranean ambient are close to a great window with a stunning view on the sea. The living room is also equipped with stereo, tv sat, an original jukebox and a sitting area with a table for 8 people. On the other parts of the living there is a really well furnished kitchen: an ideal place to have a cooking lesson and outside a BBq with a nice pizza oven From living room you enter in a double bedroom with a bath. The room is well furnished in a “fisherman” style. On the first floor and close to the main door there is also a little bath.

Second Floor
From the staircase you pass into a gym area completed with every kind of machine for your fitness. The same room will lead to a big and sunny terrace equipped with seats, to have your relaxing moments. From the terrace you will have the best sea view. On the second floor there are three double bedrooms, each one with sea view: two of them are in a marine style, as that one on the first level. One of the 2 bedrooms has an independent access. The master bedroom is large and well lit. There the white of the wall, the few furnishings, the high vault of the ceiling makes him elegant and charming. The ensuite bathroom is worthy of mention for the marbles, the mirrors reflecting the sea view and a great bathtub.
