For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 11 m, 15.05.-25.09.). In the house: washing machine (for shared use). (30 m via unmade road). Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The surrounding countryside dotted with small hamlets is ideal for hikes, horse-riding (on request) and bike tours (bikes available to guests). Also on request: Dinner, cooking, pottery and theatre courses, guided tours (also by bike). The Trasimeno Lake is ideal for all manner of watersports, 20 km. The apartments I5497/840a and /840b can be inter-connected. 1-room apartment 70 m2 on 1st floor: living/sleeping room with 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, open fireplace and TV.
