Pretty country farmhouse, situated in the Chiana Valley near Cortona, which is only 4 km away. The property has been recently renovated and the apartments have been furnished with great care and well equipped. The main house is divided into 4 apartments, each with their own private outdoor area and equipped with gazebo. In the garden, which is entirely fenced-in, you will find the swimming pool (7x14) and a second unit where there are 2 other apartments with private gazebo. Shared wood-burning oven, barbecue and washing machine (euro 5/load). There are 7 shaded parking spaces on the property. 4 mountain bikes are at the guests' disposal. On request and to be paid for on site: additional bed (30 Euros/week), midweekly cleaning (10 Euros/hour), midweekly linen change (5 Euros/pers./change), firewood (15 Euros/box). The house, situated on the road that links Foiano and Cortona, borders the farmer's cooperative consisting of a warehouse and some wheat storage bins.
