Ground Floor: Large entrance hall. Large living room with 1 sofa bed, stereo unit. Dining room with open fireplace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, deep freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper Floor: Living room with open fireplace, exit to the loggia, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 3 beds. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin, separate WC. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace. Garden. Barbecue. The large lounge on the ground floor is divided into 3 living areas which are separated by arches. The billiard table is in one of these areas. One of the twin rooms on the 1st floor is a through room. Brick-built garden barbeque.
