The Farmhouse: One of the 18th Century farm houses has been converted into three luxury Apartments. Set between huge terraces and gardens and with its own pool. The house has been renovated to the highest standard without losing its originality.
All of the apartments have beamed ceilings, living room, two double bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with all accessories. sattelite tv and shared laundry.
The farmhouse has it's own private pool shared by the guests of three aparments Pucci, Tosca, Aida. The three apartments can be rented as one sleeping 12 or 20 including the Villa.
Pucci: Up just few stairs, with a small balcony, this flat has particularly high cealings with original wooden beams. Entrance into a large hall which leads to the living room with open fire place, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and one shower room.
Tosca: Large balcony terrace entering into a living room with original wooden beamed cealing. Small hall leading to kitchen, one large twin and one double bedroom. Bathroom with full accessories.
Aida: Crossing it's own large terrace this ground floor apartment with double patio doors leading to a large living /dining room, two big arches one forming a kitchen included of all facilities, the other a double sleeping area with a sofa bed and it's own private shower room.
Another big double bedroom, patio doors to terrace and bathroom with all accessories.
The large living room/dining room and the outside patio of this apartment could be used as a common dining area when the whole Farmhouse is rented to the same group or even the Villa and Farmhouse together.
History: In its prime, the Estate was totally self sufficient, with the farmhouses used for making cheese, honey, a trout farm, animal storage and vineyards.
It is said that the Villa was built on solid, granite rock where there was once a house dating back to Roman times. All of this is set amidst the "Apuaner Alpes" nature park famous for its funghi porcini and wild game in the autumn months.
