Small, cosy, simple house, renovated in 2003 50 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 40 km from the centre of Arezzo. Private: swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 26.05.-29.09.). Parking. Shopping centre 3 km, railway station "San Giovanni V.no" 6 km. 3-room house on the ground floor, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining table and TV, exit to the garden. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, dishwasher). Shower/bidet/WC.
