Check in is Saturday from 4.30 pm to 7 pm , check out must be until 10 am
Balance and Security Deposit of ?500,00 for any damages have to be paid on arrival by CASH. The Security Deposit will be returned at departure if no reason for any forfeitures.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT FEES:
In case of cancellation your credit card will be charged as the following fees:
-30% from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period.
-50% from 43 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period
-100% from 29 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period
Minimum Stay: 3 nights, except in June/July/August (on those months Saturday to Saturday is mandatory)
