The estate is located in a splendid position, immersed in the vineyards just 6 km from Castellina in Chianti. Very nice equipped outdoor areas with a gazebo with table and chairs of exclusive use of the guests and a swimming pool (7x14, 3m deep) (1/6-30/9) that is occasionally shared with the owners. Private entrance to the outbuilding. Wine tasting of Chianti Classico is possible on request. Parking. Internet access. DISTANCES: 6 km Castellina in Chianti (all kinds of shops). 40 km from Florence and 20 km Siena. 1st fl.: living room (satellite TV, DVD, VCR) with two divan beds (suitable for teenagers), dining room, kitchen (Oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), pantry, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room (beds can be united), 2 bathrooms with shower, lumber room (washing machine) on the ground floor. Comfortable furniture with period pieces. 3 hours of midweekly cleaning are included in the price. Central heating. Baby-beds available.
