Ancient hamlet of houses nestling deep amidst the green Tuscan hills, situated in quiet and panoramic location. The property comprising 2 buildings has been recently restored preserving all its original features and turned into 6 comfortable apartments all of which tastefully furnished with some antiques and some country-style pieces. All of the apartments are provided with a private outdoor area furnished with garden furniture. The property offers beautiful views over the surrounding landscape and over lake Bilancino. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road. At guests disposal: large equipped garden crossed by a brook ending into a small lake, swimming-pool (17 x 8,5 m maximum depth 2,50 m) and shared barbecue. Washing-machine and iron at guests disposal. On request it is possible to hire an extra bed and a baby bed both payable locally. By arrangement the owners organise cooking classes (Euro 50/person to be paid on the spot). Horse-back riding facilities ( 25/hour payable on the spot). On request it is possible to arrange plane trips in Tuscany (Euro 30/person for a 30-minute flight with a minimum of 3 peoples - Euro45 / per person with a minimum of 2 people or Euro 90/person payment on the spot). Transfers by plane or helicopter from Florence airport to Borgo il Ruscello and back are available by arrangement (payment on the spot).
