Refundable Security deposit € 1.000,00 If the villa features a phone, a deposit of 250 euros for outgoing calls will be always due at check-in (cash); the amount will be entirely refunded in case the phone is not used. Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Swimming-pools are generally open from 27 May to 30 Sept. Different dates have to be arranged with the owners.
