Pretty Mediterranean-style villa (110 m2) situated on the strip of land that stretches out from Milazzo towards the sea for approx. 6 km until the extreme point of Capo di Milazzo. The sea is as the crow flies 100 m away and even from the villa you can enjoy a broad, pleasant panorama. The villa is located on the eastern side of the small peninsula and from the terrace and from the garden Stromboli Island is visible in the distance. The sea side of the garden borders with a road, while the two of the three bedrooms have windows on the other side. Parking. Comfortable furniture. LOCATION: Taking an easy path you reach a small shingle beach under the villa. Just 1 km away you can find an equipped beach. 4 km Milazzo (all kinds of shops), from here the hydrofoils and ferries depart for the Eolie islands as well as private boats for visiting the islands.
