This spacious townhome has an enviable position right at the edge of the first fairway of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course, with expansive, uninterrupted views of the course and the woods beyond. This location gives a true feeling of being at one with nature, although located very conveniently in the heart of the Upper Village, just opposite the Four Seasons Hotel.

Entry is on the ground floor, where there is plentiful space for skis, boots and outerwear. Stairs lead up to the spacious living and entertainment area, with separate reception, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has beautiful views over the golf course and plentiful seating for 8 or more people.

The refurbished kitchen has granite counter tops, wooden cupboards and heated slate floors. This level also features the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the second bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom and two more loft-style private bedrooms which overlook the living room, as well as an additional bathroom.

The property has recently been totally renovated and now has beautiful bathroms with frameless glass showers, slate and granite surfaces etc.
