This is a delightfully cosy two-bedroom townhome in the Upper Village with a private hot tub. The unit has been totally renovated during the fall of 2005. There are new oak hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, new carpeting in the bedrooms, and slate floors in the entry and bathroom. New furnishings and linens throughout. Unit sleeps a maximum of 7 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds and a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the living room.

A newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances is next to the beautiful dining room that flows down to the sunken living room. Easy access entrance directly from the carport. Entry includes coat/boot/ski storage as well as an ensuite washer and dryer.

The back door leads onto the patio, and from here a gate gives direct access to the ski-out trail which goes directly to the slopes.

This is a perfect unit for a family or small group that wants a cosy townhome in top-notch condition that offers easy ski-in, ski-out access and a private hot tub.
