Schooner Bay 203 is a spacious three bedroom apartment in an exclusive community near historic Speightstown. Superbly located on the first floor of block No.2, there are excellent views of the free-form central pool and landscaped gardens and the sea beyond. The sitting-room opens through French doors to the dining/sitting patio which has views of the pool and gardens and the sea beyond. It is also equipped with a flat screen Bang & Olufsen TV with integrated CD/DVD and radio with a connection to cable. The master bedroom and bedroom #2 open through French doors to a balcony with views of the pool and through to the sea. There is on-site manager responsible for the Schooner Bay complex and 24-hour security surveillance. This is a non-smoking villa. Security Deposit $1,000.00.
