There is a reef which is great for snorkelling in front of the Pavilion and good swimming a short distance to the north.
**The Security Deposit is $2,500.00 plus a $2,500.00 telephone deposit. In Leamington Pavilion clients can use the phones at anytime for all overseas calls, because of this the security deposit will not be refunded less than 90 days after return from the island.
