Aquarius is a charming home located in the exclusive Sandy Lane Estates. The villa overlooks the golf course and is set amongst lushly landscaped grounds.
Built on two levels, it is furnished in an eclectic style with a mixture of contemporary, traditionally styled, wicker pieces and exceptional artwork. Terra cotta tiled floors offer a cool backdrop for this spacious and tastefully furnished home that epitomizes the best of indoor/outdoor living.
A formal living area is done with overstuffed sofas and a mahogany coffee table. The adjoining dining room is casually elegant with a chandelier and French doors that open to the terrace. Off of the formal living areas is an open air covered tiled additional living area complete with a breakfast table, TV and opening onto the pool deck.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level and the other two are located on the upper level. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer en-suite bathrooms. The master suite is located on the second floor and offers a spacious sitting area and a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. With the exception of the master bedroom, which is the most spacious, the remaining bedrooms are all fairly comparable in size.
A private walled courtyard is the setting for the private and dramatic swimming pool set on a fully terra cotta tiled deck.
While some would classify this home as walking distance of the beach, we truly do not feel it is within an easy, comfortable walk. Rather we suggest driving just a few minutes to the beach.
