Further to these rooms is the kitchen. Leading from kitchen is a butler's pantry, which allows easy access to the large patio.

There is a further bedroom/play room/office on this floor, it is not private but can accommodate further children. The upper patio faces the sea and is partially covered; this is approximately 30 ft by 10 ft.
