Our Villa is located high on a hill overlooking the ocean in a gated community, which has security, tennis courts, and your own private swimming pool. The “Great Exuma View Villa” has three floors with four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The top floor has a cathedral ceiling with a mezzanine area overlooking the second floor sitting area. There are exquisite marble designs and colorful tiles in every bathroom and spectacular ocean views. You have the option of using the ground floor as a separate apartment as it features its own kitchenette. Includes air conditioning, satellite TV, washer and dryer, jetted tub and all the amenities of a first class resort. Your private villa will be fully-staffed including maid service, guard and gardeners, with a cook upon request. It is one minute from a beautiful three-mile beach and is nestled next to a bird sanctuary. Guests enjoy special access to the spa and Greg-Norman designed Golf course that is only five minutes away at the Four Seasons resort where a European-style casino was recently opened.
