If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, then we will keep the rental amount, unless we can rent that time to someone else. Cancellations due to personal emergencies will be dealt with on a case by case basis, in most cases we are able to reschedule. If you cancel because a hurricane is scheduled to hit Eleuthera during your visit, then we will reschedule your visit.
