Set within the landscaped exterior is a tennis court with covered viewing pavilion and bar. Adjacent to the tennis court is a fitness center with a Precor EFX cross training machine, free weights, Cybex multi-station equipment, and TV. The 40 x 25 foot freshwater pool overlooks the sea. There is a shallow edge that runs around the perimeter of the pool, which provides an ideal play space for children. Surrounding the pool is a 3,000 square foot stone deck with plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables for dining al fresco. On a deck above pool level is a Jaccuzzi situated in the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail and watch the sunset over the sea. Just below the pool level is beautiful Barnes Bay with a wide sandy beach for sunbathing, walking or collecting shells and right off shore is a coral reef for easy snorkeling.
